Ten Years Green & Blue on September 2nd – La grande finale
Il festival Green & Blue davanti le porte di Francoforte ha fatto parlare di se negli ultimi 10 anni e sì è stabilito con un posto fisso nel ranking dei più belli Open Air Techno Festivals nella Germania. Tra eventi come Love Family Park e Greenfields il Green & Blue è sicuramente uno degli highlight della stagione.

By train
Via Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof (Main station): Offers multiple daily connections from/to Amsterdam, Arnhem, Brussels, Liege, Guillemins, Paries Est, Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Zürich. If you arrive via Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof (Main station) you can switch to the S-Bahn Terminal and take Route S1 direction "Rödermark- Ober-Roden". Exit at the stop " Obertshausen Bahnhof " and follow the signs to the event. The venue is about 500 m from the train station.
Via Frankfurt (Main) Flughafen Fernbahnhof (Airport train station): Offers multiple daily connections from/to Basel, Zürich-Interlaken, Amsterdam, Arnhem, Bruxelles Midi, Liege, Guillemins, Linz and Vienna. If you arrive via Fernbahnhof take the S8 or S9 direction Hanau and after 3 stops step outside at "Frankfurt Main Hauptbahnhof" to switch to the regional train S1 direction "Rödermark- Ober-Roden". Exit at "Obertshausen Bahnhof").
If you already purchased your ticket in advance you don’t need to buy tickets for the regional trains - all means of public transport in the following areas are free of charge on the day of the event until the end of service:

VRN (www.vrn.de) - Mannheim area transport
By car
Drive on Highway A3 and get off at the exit No. 53 "Obertshausen". Then follow the signs to the event. The address for navigation devices is "Badstraße 19, 63179 Obertshausen".
A sufficient amount of parking spots will be available. The parking spot fees will be XX € and as always we’ll donate XX € to Greenpeace.
IMPORTANT: If you travel by car, please carpool and make sure that the driver is completely sober. Police checks are definitely to be expected.
By plane
Via Frankfurt Hahn (HHN): You can fly in to Frankfurt Hahn airport and from there purchase a 24h roundtrip bus ticket to Frankfurt Intl. Terminal 2 at 16 EUR. Frankfurt Intl. Airport is 10 km away from the venue and there is always a sufficient amount of taxis available at all times. For more info, please check Ryanair and Bohr Hahn Airport Shuttle Transportation.
Via Frankfurt Rhein Main (FRA): Flying into Frankfurt Airport would be the much more convenient albeit the more expensive option. If you arrive there just take a taxi outside, the venue is about 25 km from the airport (see By train for more info).

Il festival Green & Blue ha fatto parlare di sè negli ultimi 10 anni e si è stabilito (con un posto fisso) nel ranking dei più bei Festival Open Air Techno della Germania. Tra eventi come Love Family Park e Greenfields, il Green & Blue è sicuramente uno degli highlight della stagione. Innumerevoli e leggendarie le scene dei diversi dj e live acts, come sempre nuove e spettacolari installazioni di luce e di stage hanno portato con sè indimenticabili ricordi e tanto di cui parlare, ognuno che è in 10 anni di G&B è stato presente almeno ad una edizione avrà qualcosa da ricordare.
Naturalmente anche quest’anno, nel decimo anno, la festa sarà bellissima e forse la più bella tanto da lasciare, in conclusione, scendere una lacrima sul viso… Per festeggiare l’anniversario la line-up sarà f-a-v-o-l-o-s-a. Il 2 settembre dalle 10 alle 22, accanto a Sven Väth e Ricardo Villalobos, i veri headliner dell’evento sin dall’inizio, ci saranno i dj set di Loco Dice, Dubfire, Josh Wink, Dominik Eulberg, Robag Wruhme e Daniel Stefanik. Ma non è finita qui, i live presenti saranno quelli di Paul Ritch, Guy Gerber ed Henrik Schwarz con i quali l’obiettivo sarà di fare festa con musica eccellente ed essere artisti che tengono alla loro arte, tutto ciò da condividere con il pubblico cosa che per Sven ed il suo team del Green & Blue è sempre stata fondamentale sin dall’inizio: unire visioni musicali con una festa fighissima. Il Green & Blue porta lo spirito del Cocoon Ibiza in Germania.
Purtroppo cogliamo l’occasione per darvi una triste notizia (ed ecco la “lacrima sul viso” di cui prima vi parlavamo): dopo 10 bellissimi anni questa sarà l’ultima edizione del Green & Blue. Divertirsi tra il verde circondati dall’acqua ha il suo fascino però è sempre stato difficile da realizzare. L’amata location di Sven, il Freibad, nel suo paese d’origine Obertshausen ha dovuto chiudere per via delle troppe spese ed il trasloco al lago di Langener ha comportato con sè un’amministrazione assurda per un’evento di un solo giorn. Il risultato di tutto ciò sono stati i prezzi d’entrata più alti e maggiori problematiche di raggiungere la strattura per il pubblico; per tutte queste ragioni questa soluzione non è più possibile e per questo motivo questa “fine” sarà l’inizo di nuove sfide per poter realizzare nuove idee innovative e costruire un nuovo concetto d’evento.
Rimane il fatto che questo Green & Blue sarà l’ultimo, dopo 10 bellissimi anni: il gran finale e come ogni “the end” dovrà essere ricordato nella storia, un addio strepitoso!
Per quest’ultimo evento è stato introdotto un nuovo sistema di ticket, ci saranno tre categorie che saranno vendute separatamente in diverse date. Tutte le info a questo link. Tutte le categorie includono l’ingresso libero per l’After Hour Party al Cocoonclub di Francoforte. Tutti i ticket comprendono libero viaggio per arrivare e ritornare all’evento con il bus e treno del Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) come anche del Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN). Questo significa che potete viaggiare dall’aeroporto di Francoforte sul Meno come anche da Mannheim, Magonza e Kaiserslautern gratuitamente tramite l’ÖPNV.
